I'm Steven King, and I established Colorado Mountain Land & Ranches, LLC to develop the finest quality mountain ranches in the region.
I began my land development career in Maine over 24 years ago and continue to enjoy the challenges of creating unique ranch layouts in the Colorado mountains.
Most years, I choose only 1 or 2 exceptional ranches that are unique in nature and which offer a variety of topograhpical features, such as mountain meadows, streams, alpine tree cover, rolling hills, rock formations and most of all spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.
I spend a great deal of time walking and studying the entire parcel to find ways that will enhance and highlight its natural beauty and to identify potential homesites. I seek to preserve the scenery and privacy afforded by the land's natural features and contour.
Because of this effort, each property provides the new owners a unique and exciting opportunity to enjoy their mountain dreams. I also make sure that other infrastructure such as roads and utilities fit well into the finished product. My goal is to create a well-planned, private mountain ranch that I can proudly call a Colorado Mountain Land & Ranches, LLC community. --

Hello, from the
beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado! I'm Carol Games, a broker and developer
with Colorado Mountain Land & Ranches, LLC.
I started my Real
Estate career in Westcliffe amidst the spectacular Sangre De Cristo Mountains in
1990. After three years, I changed my focus to the Front Range realizing that
people wanted to be in the mountains yet close to conveniences of a major city.
It was here in 1993 that I met Steve King and joined Colorado Mountain Land &
Ranches and became a part of the development team. Here I could enjoy being a
part of the planning of ranches while helping clients and their families realize
their life long dreams to own a "piece" of Colorado!
As Steve says
above, we spend a lot of time walking the land and studying all of it's natural
features. We try to create an atmosphere of privacy and beauty of future home
sites while maintaining the highest integrity of the land that our clients can
appreciate and will enjoy for years to come.
I know finding

I am a native Texan. I moved to Colorado in 1985. I am fortunate to have found
this gorgeous place out of a love for the mountains and outdoor recreation! I
have lived in Colorado Springs with my husband Tony for 21 years. We have two
great children Rachael and Zachary.
My goal is to match your needs and desires with our land, and make the process
an enjoyable, and memorable experience for each of you. Helping people and their
family's dreams become reality is a very rewarding experience for me.
